Myers Grocery Mart is a ground-up convenience store and gas station planned for the intersection of Burke Mill Road and Griffith Road in Winston-Salem. The development includes a 3,555-square-foot retail building with a covered patio and a fueling canopy.

Site scope includes 25 parking spaces along with complete site, utility, drainage, landscaping, and roadway improvements to tie the new development into the surrounding intersection.

The project is currently in preconstruction and permitting. Our team is leading site plan approval and utility coordination with the city ahead of breaking ground, so construction can move without delay once permits are in hand.
